I've been performing Delphi sessions and training since "before it was released", and have always written my own training material for Delphi, Kylix, C#Builder and Delphi for .NET.
In 2004 my Delphi 8 for .NET Essentials and Delphi 8 for .NET ASP.NET Essentials courseware manuals have even been licensed by Borland for worldwide use in training by Borland Learning Partners.
I have published new books on Lulu.com as cheap paperback editions.
Some of the more recent courseware manuals are still used in my training classes and under constant revision, and will remain available as PDF-only purchase through my own courseware site, where a purchase also includes free PDF updates and e-mail support.
Apart from my courseware manuals, I've contributed to several programming books, writing one or more chapters (sometimes even with my name on the cover as co-author).

- C++Builder Developer's Guide
-
For this book I've written the dbExpress, DataSnap, WebSnap, and BizSnap (XML and SOAP) chapters - six in total.
The book was published on December 12, 2002, available in 2003, and contains the contents of C++Builder 5 Developer's Guide on CD (in PDF-format).
- Delphi 6 Developer's Guide
-
For this book I have written the Active Server Objects/Pages chapter (with a little help from Micha Somers).
The book was published on December 17, 2001.
- Kylix Developer's Guide
-
For this book I have written three chapters (about 100 pages) about Web Server Application Development (using the WebBroker Technology also known as NetCLX).
The book was published on December 1, 2001.
- C++Builder 5 Developer's Guide (review)
- For this book, I've written 4 chapters (120+ pages) on the WebBroker Technology, Active Server Objects (ASP), ActiveForms and MIDAS 3.
The book was published on December 6, 2000.
- C++Builder 4 Unleashed (review)
- For this book, I've written a chapter on the WebBroker Technology as well as additions to the ActiveForm and MIDAS/CORBA chapters.
The book was published in June 1999.
- Delphi 4 Unleashed (review)
-
For Charlie Calvert's Delphi 4 Unleashed, I wrote a chapter on the WebBroker Technology (also called Web Modules or WebBroker).
This book was a bestseller, and is currently out-of-print.
The book was published in November 1998.
- Delphi Internet Solutions
-
This book was originally intended to be published before the end of 1997, but we just didn't make it (sorry).
The material from this book is now used as conference sessions, and as material published on this website.
- Delphi Clinic
-
This is yet another book - started by Brian Long in 1996 with help of yours truly - that never was finished.
This time because the publisher (WROX Press) suddenly lost interest in Delphi and moved on to books about Microsoft tools instead.
Brian probably re-used much of this material for the column in The Delphi Magazine.
- The Revolutionary Guide to Delphi 2 (review)
-
This is the first book of mine that saw print late 1995, and was generally available early 1996.
Being my first real book, I can say I learned a lot from it (and publishers).
Some of the material of the book was later also re-used as conference material for Borland Developer Conferences.
- Borland Pascal Efficiency
-
This book was never printed, because at the time (1992-1993) I couldn't find a publisher who was willing to risk publishing a book for a relative small market.
I ended up using the material from the book as articles for The Pascal Magazine around 1994, and as session material for Borland Developer Conferences.
