Embarcadero has just released the second Subscription Update for RAD Studio, Delphi and C++Builder 10.1 Berlin, for developers with an active subscription.
See also the comments by Product Manager Marco Cantù or the list of fixes.

You can download the GetIt Installer or the ISO with the traditional installer.

Note that it's important to use the same installer that you used for the RTM and Update 1. It appears that the registry settings are not quite compatible (or so I heard)...
If you don't remember which installer you used: just start the IDE and look at the Welcome Page. If it shows the "Platforms and Extensions Manager", then you used the new GetIt installer, otherwise you need the ISO.

The GetIt installer will ask you if you want to save your settings before uninstalling the previous version (so it can restore them when installing update 2). The ISO installer will ask you if you want it to clear all registry settings (obviously, say NO if you want them to remain to keep your settings).

Note that the GetIn installer and ISO installer both result in version number 24.0.25048.9432, although GetIt still says in the About Box it's Update 1 (it's not), and ISO says it's Update 2.
