Content:	First of all, I want to wish everyone a very happy, healthy and productive 2013; and if you didn't notice the (silent) release of Update #1 for Delphi XE3, C++Builder XE3 or the whole RAD Studio XE3, then make sure to download and install it to start the new year with some important fixes. This updates includes the 64-bit C++Builder compiler, but also some important fixes for Delphi developers...
