I'm about to go to the UK for a 2-day Delphi MasterClass for the UK Developers Group, but if you missed that, you can still register for the next event I'm doing from May 31st until June 2nd in Göteborg, Sweden.

A short overview of the agenda is as follows (click here for more details):

  • Monday, May 31st, 2010: Win32 Fundamentals
The first day will be the Delphi for Win32 Development Essentials day. We start in the morning with an introduction to Delphi 2009 and 2010, with the focus on IDE and debugger changes and language enhancements (compared to Delphi 7). In the afternoon, this is followed by a coverage of RTL / VCL enhancements, mainly to support Windows 7 (including Direct2D and the Touch and Gesturing support). Then we move on to Unicode (migration) and finally web development using VCL for the Web (also know as IntraWeb).
  • Tuesday, June 1st, 2010: Web Development Essentials
The second day will be the Database and DataSnap Development day. On this day, I will give an overview of the dbExpress and multi-tier DataSnap capabilities of Delphi 2010. Note that for DataSnap, the Enterprise (or Architect) edition of Delphi 2010 is required.
  • Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010: SOAP and Web Services
The focus of the third – shorter - day will be on SOAP, Web Service and Web Server application development, mainly using Win32 but also using ASP.NET (with the Delphi Prism for the NET personality of RAD Studio).
People attending this 2.5-day seminar will get a 250+-page printed version of the courseware, but will also receive all my Delphi 2010 and Delphi Prism courseware manuals in PDF format (including updates and support), so this is an ideal way to get both the books and the personal "live" experience.
